The Top Cabin

Perched above the property, the Top Cabin at Hayes Northern Lights Lodge offers beautiful views and a quiet, comfortable place to unwind after a day spent on Alaska adventure tours. This cabin sleeps up to eight guests and is well-suited for families or small groups looking to experience remote Alaska without unnecessary frills, making it an ideal choice for those attending the Northern Lights Youth Expedition or looking for an Alaska youth camp experience.

Inside, the cabin features sturdy bunk beds, a simple kitchen and dining area, and a Toyo heater that keeps the space warm and cozy even on cool nights. Guests have access to an indoor shower with hot water, along with a nearby outhouse. Like all accommodations at Hayes Northern Lights Lodge, this cabin is off-grid and designed for guests who appreciate simplicity, functionality, and time spent outdoors.

The Top Cabin provides a welcoming home base for fishing, wildlife viewing, and enjoying the surrounding landscape, offering comfort, warmth, and a true Alaskan lodge experience, perfect for summer camp activities.

The top cabin can be booked for $250/night for two people for a minimum of three nights. Each additional person is $50/night.
