 Reaching the lodge is part of what makes the experience unique, and we’re happy to help guests plan the best option based on season, conditions, and comfort level.

Winter access depends on timing and snow conditions. In some cases, guests with experience may travel out on their own snow machine. When appropriate, we can also arrange for transport by snow machine from a nearby access point.

Outside of deep winter conditions, the lodge is accessed by small aircraft. For air travel, we recommend Andrew Airways, based in Willow, Alaska. Andrew has decades of experience flying in Alaska, including many years operating in and around Kodiak, and is familiar with the lodge location and airstrip. He is reliable, reasonably priced, and well-versed in flying into remote sites.

We’re always available to help coordinate travel, answer questions, and connect guests with the right resources. Our goal is to make getting to and from the lodge as straightforward and well-planned as possible, no matter the season.
